A new line of robust circuit breakers has been launched, designed for diverse electrical applications. They offer reliable overload protection and flexible installation options to meet demanding industrial and commercial needs.

In a significant step for electrical safety and reliability, the series of high-performance circuit breakers has been introduced to the market. Designed to meet the rigorous international IEC/EN 60947-2 standard, these devices are engineered to protect electrical circuits from damage caused by overloads, combining robust construction with user-friendly features.

What truly sets these breakers apart is their versatility. They are available in a wide range of rated currents, from a modest 2A up to a substantial 63A. This means they can be precisely tailored for everything from sensitive control systems to more powerful industrial machinery. Furthermore, their design is built for direct current (DC) applications, supporting systems from 250V all the way up to 1000V, making them a suitable choice for solar power installations, electric vehicle charging stations, and DC power distribution.

For engineers and electricians, the practical benefits are clear. The breakers come with two distinct tripping characteristics: the B Curve for general circuits and the faster-acting D Curve for applications with high inrush currents, like transformers or motors. This choice allows for better customization and prevents nuisance tripping. The inclusion of a clear contact position indicator is a simple but critical safety feature, providing instant visual confirmation of whether the circuit is open or closed.

Installation and maintenance are also streamlined. The breakers are designed for easy mounting on standard 35mm DIN rails, a common practice in electrical enclosures. They offer multiple connection options—whether you’re using standard cable, a U-type busbar, or a pin-type busbar—providing flexibility for different wiring setups. A sturdy mechanical life of 20,000 operations ensures long-term durability.

Beyond the core unit, the system can be enhanced with a suite of accessories. Optional auxiliary contacts, shunt releases, and under-voltage releases allow for remote monitoring and control, integrating seamlessly into smarter, more automated electrical management systems. An alarm contact can also be added to signal when the breaker has tripped due to a fault, enabling quicker response times.

In essence, this line of circuit breakers represents a thoughtful fusion of raw protective power and practical design intelligence. It gives electrical professionals a dependable and adaptable tool to build safer and more resilient electrical infrastructures for the modern world.
